Details
Undead creatures within a one-mile radius can sense the Draugr Stone and are attracted to it. They will slowly and steadily move toward it if they can, but they will not ignore things in their immediate surroundings. In Hjaltland, the Draugr Stone was involved in the barrow adventure where the party fought an ogre zombie and other zombies before finding a tunnel beneath the barrow leading toward an old Atlantean outpost.
The stone also gives the wielder advantage on all Charisma ability checks involving the undead.
