Stormhush Clasp
Given to Kris Stormblade in recognition of the first push toward Hearthforge. This is one of the smaller gifts honoring the companions who helped before the final clearing in Hallowing the Hearthforge.
Description and Rules
A blackened mithral cloak clasp shaped like a lightning bolt crossing a closed dwarven gate. When Kris manifests a psychic blade, a thin blue line travels through its runes. The dwarves honor the scout who brought back a warning with a way to delay an enemy's warning.
Hush the Watch (1/Short or Long Rest). When you hit a creature with a psychic blade using an attack made while hidden from that creature, you can activate the clasp without an additional action.
The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier (currently DC 13). On a failure, its voice cannot be heard more than 5 feet away until the end of its next turn.
The target can still fight, signal visibly, ring a bell, or cast spells normally. The effect does not erase its memory or keep you hidden. The use is expended whether the saving throw succeeds or fails. Once you use this property, you can't use it again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.
