Kennels Below Stormroost

The kennels below Stormroost are a goblin campsite and cave entrance connected to escaped worgs. The adventuring party followed worg and goblin tracks uphill to smoke from campfires and reached a crest overlooking two campfires and a crude fence around a cave opening. Inside the cave were crude metal cages holding two worgs, plus a goblin working at a table where worg blood was being used for potion and poison experiments.

• Goblins had used the kennels to hold or manage worgs.
• After the war, some worgs escaped. Goblins followed or tracked them in an attempt to recapture them.
• The escaping worgs killed or fought some goblins and other worgs before the survivors eventually encountered the adventuring party.
• The party reached the kennel campsite and planned a cautious approach using Goblin-speaking characters while Sally Swift held Fog Cloud in reserve.
• Three party members cautiously spoke with the goblins, who were wary, exhausted, and hungry enough to ask for fresh meat.
• Leif Arrowsong attempted to hunt for meat but returned empty-handed.
• Toki Bramblecloak snuck into the cave, saw the caged worgs and worktable, learned about the worg-blood experimentation, and escaped without being caught.
