text | When making an attack, it can be transformed from an attack on a single target to a 15 foot cone that can affect every object or creature in the cone. Each target makes a Dexterity Savings Throw to see if it is affected, and if it fails it takes the damage and must make a Strength Savings Throw to see if it is pushed. If it succeeds it only takes half the damage and is not pushed.
