Chest of Viking
The Chest of Viking is an uncommon wondrous item designed for use on a longship. It functions both as storage and as a seat for someone using an oar.

Lore
The lid is two feet wide by 18 inches deep and covered with a tough but firm material that is comfortable to sit on. The chest is 18 inches tall on the outside, but when opened its interior is three feet deep, allowing double the normal amount of storage.
The chest weighs 20 pounds regardless of its contents. Retrieving an item from the chest requires an action.
The chest has a hasp on the lid that can be used to lock it, but it does not come with a lock.
The extra space is not extradimensional, so it does not interact with other containers such as a bag of holding.
