Ragna Scaleheart

Ragna Scaleheart is an elder of the Stormroost dragonborn refugees and, after the retaking, the Jarl of reclaimed Stormroost. She remembers the old cave prophecy and the clan history needed to recognize Kris Stormblade and Frost Stormscales.
