Silent forest cats of the northern woods, rarely seen but excellent for stealth, ambush, and uncanny watcher scenes.
In the North
Lynx belong in boreal forest and rough country. They are solitary, elusive, and more likely to be discovered by tracks than by sight.
Myth and Folklore
The lynx is not a central Norse myth animal, but its secrecy suits forest spirits, hunters, and stories of eyes shining just beyond the firelight.
Campaign Use
Use lynx as rare predators, ranger omens, spirit-marked familiars, or models for stealthy monsters.
