Thullgrim
Thullgrim is the troll mountain or sleeping mountain spirit behind the deeper Stonehome threat. Thorgall's backstory remembered the name as Thalgar, but later planning clarified that the true name is Thullgrim.

Lore
The horde remnants in Stonehome were not merely occupying old dwarven halls. They were performing rituals with drums, chanting, green-black runes, stolen dwarven relics, blood sacrifice, fiends, and bone circles to wake Thullgrim. Each shout of the name was accompanied by tremors, as if the mountain stirred in sleep.
Thullgrim is the mountain. When the Stonehome party entered the long hallway, Thorgall's Necklace of Troll Detection glowed red because the party was already inside the sleeping troll mountain. The glow became very bright on the ritual drumbeats, which the party later understood as each beat bringing Thullgrim closer to waking, as if the drums were making his heart beat and briefly making his power more active.
Thullgrim connects several threads:.
Thorgall's childhood village was destroyed by agents of the mountain threat he heard as “Thalgar.” Stonehome's deeper halls contained the drumming ritual and old dwarven village. The last played party defeated the immediate ritual-room threat, but the broader cave system remains uncleared. The broader postwar poison plot may tie Stormroost, worg poison, and the old caves together under one enemy network.
