Wavesia Fjordmist

Wavesia's connection to the water was clear from the moment she was born. As a baby, she would giggle with delight when splashed with water, and by the time she was a toddler, the rivers and streams around Orkanger seemed to shimmer in response to her laughter. Her powers as a sorcerer first emerged in small, harmless bursts of magic that left her family curious and cautious, unsure of what her future held. By the time she was eight, Wavesia could occasionally shape small waves or summon a light mist, but her control was inconsistent, and her magic often seemed to have a mind of its own. Sometimes, the water would respond to her emotions, growing restless if she was upset or stilling when she was calm. Though her powers were impressive for someone so young, they were far from fully developed. The village of Orkanger, while intrigued by her abilities, saw her more as a bright and gentle child than a powerful force of nature.
