After the settlers had gotten to [[campaigns:latitude_history:places:selbu|Selbu]] safely and made a deal with [[campaigns:latitude_history:characters:stormhowl|Stormhowl]]'s pack, the wolves left. Soon after, the wolves came back seeking the party's help. In the wolves' absence, [[creatures:trolls|Lesser Stone Trolls]] had taken over their home caves, and the wolves needed the party to help reclaim them.
