The Bell of Silent Calling is a magical communication bell last known to be held by Skrappe Frappe, though she may have passed it on to someone else after the Battle of Niðaróss.

This elegantly crafted bell is made from a mysterious metal that gleams with an ethereal light. Intricate runes and symbols of camaraderie and secrecy are engraved around its surface.

Any character can use the Bell of Silent Calling if attuned to it. Attunement requires the would-be user to spend a short rest focusing on the bell and its purpose while physically touching the bell for the duration of the rest.

Once attuned, the wielder can use an action to ring the Bell of Silent Calling. The bell produces no sound to those around it, except for individuals who have touched the bell at any point during the same day the bell is rung. Those individuals can hear it clearly and loudly, regardless of distance, as long as they are on the same plane of existence as the bell.

The sound of the bell cannot be heard by magical means of eavesdropping or recording, preserving privacy in communication.

The bell can be rung up to six times per day, after which its magic recharges at dawn.
